The propeller OREGON arrived yesterday from Black River, having in tow the fore-and-aft schooner J.H. DRAKE, owned by R.K. Winslow, of this city. She was built by Wm. Jones. Measures 370 tons, Custom House Measurement, 127 feet keel, 135 overall, 11 feet hold, 26 beam, and will carry about 17,000 bushels wheat. She will be commanded by Captain Waters, formerly of the SCOTT, and will be ready to sail by the opening of "through navigation."----Cleveland herald, 7th.
