The propeller OREGON arrived yesterday from Black River, having in tow the fore-and-aft schooner J.H.DRAKE, owned by R.K.Winslow, of this city. She was built by Wm.Jones. Measures 370 tons, Custom House measuremant, 127 feet keel, 135 over all, 11 feet 2 inches hold, 26 feet beam, and will carry about 17,000 bushels of wheat. She will be commanded by Captain Waters, formerly of the schooner SCOTT. ------- Cleveland herald
