FOR SALE
      STEAMBOAT EMERALD
      The Rail Road now building between Chippewa and Niagara requiring a larger and more speedy vessel to connect them with Buffalo, the undersigned has been induced to build one suitable for the route, which is now on the stocks, and offers the EMERALD for sale, and immediate possession given.
