The tug OSWEGO arrived from Put-In-Bay yesterday morning having in tow the hull of the old steamer EMPIRE with a cargo of stone. She also had in tow the yachts S.P. BRADY, GEO. FELLERS, COLLINS, STRANGER and HUMMING BIRD.
