Full Text

On Wednesday last, the steam-Boat ENTERPRISE, Capt. L. Johnson, cleared from this port for the first time, for Buffalo. She left the harbor without difficulty, and proceeded on her trip about sundown, with freight and passengers. She is a fine boat, handsomely fitted up, and is believed to be at least equal in speed and safety to any on the lake.

The steam boat ENTERPRISE, Capt. Levi Johnson, of Cleveland, arrived in this harbor on Friday last. The ENTERPRISE is 219 tons burthen, and 101 ft. in length, and 25 ft. beam. She is well built, has a powerful engine, and will, without doubt, be well patronized.
