NEW FERRY STARTS TODAY. - A new ferry between North Buffalo and Bridgeburg will be opened at 1 o'clock this afternoon. It is the Black Roch and Bridgeburg Ferry Company, and they have bought the steamer HOPE of Windsor, Ont., which can carry 1200 people and 20 rigs. It will start from the foot of Amherst street until the dock at Hamilton street is finished.
