VESSEL SALE. - The Union Steamboat Company have sold to Loud, Priest & Gay, of Au Sable, the propeller EVERGREEN CITY, price stated to be $12,000. She will in future be engaged in the lumber trade, and tow one or two barges. She is commanded by Captain Brown, formerly first officer of the steamer MARINE CITY.
