ANOTHER NEW VESSEL:-A fine three masted schooner for O. L. Nims, of Buffalo, and Captain Flint of Elgin, Ohio, is now up in the docks at Toledo. She is 170 feet in length, 34 feet beam, 13 feet hold, has a carrying capacity of 33,000 to 34 bushels and measures over 700 tons burden. It is expected that she will be in sailing trim by the first of September, and will not be launched until finished and furnished. Her cost will reach $40,000 to $45,000.

      The schr. SAMUEL FLINT was successfully launched at Toledo on Saturday the 29th ult. She is owned by O. L. Nims, of Buffalo, and Capt. Saumel Flint, whose mane she bears, and who will be her sailing master. Her length is 170 ft.; breadth of beam, 34 ft.; and her capacity about 34,000 bu. of grain. She is as we have heretofore reported, a 3 masted fore-and-aft schooner, and is certainly a model of beauty and stregth.

LAUNCH AT TOLEDO. -- The new fore-and-aft schooner SAMUEL FLINT, which was launched at Toledo on Saturday last, is owned by 0. L. Nims of Buffalo and Captain Samuel Flint. Her length is I7O feet, Breadth of beam 34 feet and her capaci4y about 54,000 bushels of grain.
