WILL HAVE AN ENGINE. - The FOREST CITY, which during the season has accompanied the steamer COLIN CAMPBELL as a tow barge, will during the coming winter, have her mizenmast taken out, and an engine 30 x 36 put in. This though lessening her carrying capacity a trifle, will enable her to tow a barge of like capacity, and add to the tonnage of the Escanaba line.
