Buffalo Ship Yards. - At the yard of Mr. Walsh, the propeller FOREST QUEEN is being rebuilt for Mr. Coatsworth, of this city, at a cost of about $12,000, besides which several vessels are to be overhauled and repaired. Seventy men are employed in this yard.
      Mr. Kelderhouse has a new vessel on the stocks, for himself, of about 300 tons burthen, which is the only new vessel being built in this city.
