The stm. FULLERTON, which was chartered earlier in the season to run on the Coney Island excursion route, was libeled by Deputy Marshal Conklin, on a claim of William Gombert of Tonawanda for the price of 100 tons of coal. The boat last night was tied up at Edgewater in charge of a deputy. The FULLERTON is owned by Mrs. Duff of Buffalo.
