NEW VESSEL FOR SALE
      The Schooner P. P. G A I G E is offered for sale, on
      very easy terms; to close a concern. She was launched
      in July last, is 110 tons register, carries 5,000 bu. of
      wheat, and is a remarkably fast sailer. She now lies
      in the Ohio Basin, in this city.

      SALE OF A VESSEL. --- Patrick Smith, Esq.,of Chicago, has purchased the schooner "P.P. GAIGE" of Buffalo, of Mr. Dobbin of this place, for $4,500. The vessel is good and staunch craft, of one hundred and ten tons, burden, and will be employed in the lumber trade.

Capt. Dobbin informs us that the paragraph we copied yesterday, from the Chicago press, in relation to the sale of the schooner P.P. GAIGE, is not correct. That vessel has not changed hands, and is still for sale.
