NEW VESSEL. - Mr. F.B. Gardner, of Chicago, says the Chicago Tribune, is building at Pensaukie, Wisconsin, a brig of about 330 tons burthen, to be named FANNY GARDNER. Her dimensions are as follows:- Length on deck, 132 feet; breadth of beam, 26 feet 10 inches; depth of hold, 10 feet 4 inches. It is expected to have her launched by the 1st. of September. Capt. Charles Sweet is superintending her construction, and will command her. The sails and rigging are being furnished by George F. Foster & Co., of Chicago.
