At Crytal Beach a picnic of the Canadian Liberal party in celebration of the success so far attained in the Reform Movement, as it is called, is being held today. The PEARL, GAZELLE and NELLIE (the latter chartered for the day) were pressed to accommodate the people going up from here, while the TYMON went to Victoria to carry excurionists from that point to the beach.
