New steamers and vessels are beginning to arrive almost daily at our wharves, and so sudden that many of them appear as if by magic. Some of the above craft are those that have been rebuilt from former hulls and in some instances but little of the old material is left. This we may state has been the case with what was formerly the old prop. GLOBE, recently owned here, and now rebuilt into a first class upper cabin propeller, and pronounced, as no doubt she is, a better boat than ever. She arrived here yesterday from the River St. Clair with a cargo of lumber for Sandusky. Her commander this season is Capt. Boyington, who may feel proud of his new and tasty craft.
