An instrument was filed in the Chicago custom house Thursday showing that Aaron F. Lepold sold to Chas. F.A. Spencer, the vessel agent, a 3/12 interest in the prop. JAY GOULD. This purchase makes Mr. Spencer half owner of the GOULD.
