Oshkosh, July 24. -- Inspector Hughes has returned from Green Bay, whither he had gone to inspect the new tug GREGORY, launched a few days since. The GREGORY is one of the latgest tugs on Lake Michigan, and it is expected her owners will take her to Chicago, where business will be more profitable (?) The GREGORY is 75 feet keel, and 80 feet over all. She was inspected for 85 pounds steam pressure. Joseph Briegelet, of Green Bay, is the principal owner
