DOCK MATTERS.- The riggers, caulkers, carpenters and painters on the dock are exercising the skill of their arts with unusual industry. The tug A.L. GRIFFIN is receiving new paint, an extention to her engine room, and various et ceteras which in a few days will fit her for active duties.
