The moonlight excursion under the management of Messrs. Riggs & Wren, promises to be a very enjoyable one. The barge GRIFFIN and convoy will leave the foot of Main St. at 8:00 and proceed to Niagara View. Here the comedy of "Naval Engagement" will be given with other interesting performances. Kehr's band will furnish music, and there will be dancing on the boat and in the Pavilion. The party will return to the city at 1:00 in the morning. An efficient police force will accompany the excursion.
