ANOTHER NEW VESSEL. - A splendid schooner, of three hundred and thirty tons burden, was launched Saturday forenoon from the ship-yard of the builders, Messrs. Kelderhouse & Williams. The vessel is named J. HAZARD HARTZELL, in honor of an esteemed clergyman of this city, and will run from this port to Chicago.
