The stmb. HERALD, which plies between this point, Windsor and Goderich, commanded by Capt. Thorburn, has arrived here from that port quite improved and enlarged from last year. During the winter she received a thorough rebuild, increasing her freighting capactiy, besides adding another mast to her fitout. She took on a return cargo for Goderich and set sail last evening.
