VESSEL LAUNCH. - A vessel launch occurred yesterday afternoon at the shipyard of Quayle & Martin. The boat is called the CHARLES HINCKLEY, is of 40? tons burden, owned by T.P. Handy, Esq., of this city. She is one of the finest canal vessels on the lakes. - Cleveland Herald.
