VESSELS SOLD. - The schooner TELEGRAPH was sold at Chicago on Monday last by Messrs. Norton & Co., for $8,500--one third cash. The purchasers are Messrs. Hanna, Lay & Co. The brig JOHN HOLLISTER was sold by the same firm to Sheppard Sheriffs & Smith, for $8,000. Both vessels are intended for the lumber trade.

Messrs. Dolittle & Miller have two other fine vessels on the stocks which will be launched in June, besides the brig HOLLISTER' rebuilding, and schooner St. LAWRENCE' repairing - They also have a fine canal boat nearly completed. - - Chicago Democrat.
