Steamer O.M. HYDE
      District Court of the U. S., for the District of Michigan, In Admiralty. By virtue of a writ of vendition expenaw to me directed and delivered , issued out of and under seal of said court, I shall sell at public auction , to the highest bidder for cash, at the outer door of the building on the corner of Jefferson Ave. and Griswold St., in Detroit, Michigan, occupied by the officers of this court, on Saturday, July 12th, 1856, at 12:00 noon, on said day, the stm. O.M. HYDE, and her engine, machinery, boats, tackle, apparal and furniture, condemned in said court, at the suit of Jacob Wener and Joseph Frumviller.
