Wallaceburg, August 13 - The boat built here by Capt. J.W. Steinhoff, was launched this afternoon. She will be taken to Chatham at once to receive her machinery. In a few weeks she will come out. She is a staunch barge, one of the best of her class. She was named the W.S. IRELAND, after the manager of the Bank of Commerce at Chatham.
