The stm. ITALIA which went aground on a reef in Niagara River last August, will be sold at Public Auction at her wharf in Tonawanda on April 10th, to satisfy a libel filed against the ship by the Hand & Johnson Tug Line and others for the releasing of the craft, from the reef. The claims amount to $2,000.
      The stm. CALEDONIA will be sold at the same time to satisfy a libel against it by the Buffalo Drydock Co. for repairs. The shipbuilders claim is for $2,132.17.
      The order to seel the ships was issued yesterday morning by Judge Hazel.
