The Cleveland Herald says the tug DICK TINTO, purchased by Capt. Neilson of that city, and ---- Tyock of Buffalo, of G.W. and W. Jones and J.M. Underwood, is refitted, and will be re-enrolled as the SAMUEL S. IVES. We understand she will be used in the wrecking business.
