About 6:00 Saturday P.M. last, a new bark named the ELIZABETH JONES, was launched from the shipyard of Bidwell & Mason. Her dimensions are as follows: Length of keel 185 ft.; beam 33 ft.; hold 13 ft.; carrying capacity about 40,000 bu. corn. She was constructed for Miles Jones & Sons of this city, and will be ready for business in about 4 weeks. The launch was entirely successful. She is said to be one of the best vessels on the lakes and classes A1 for 7 years. - Buffalo Comm. Adv.
