The schr. JSOEPHINE was launched at Tonawanda on Tuesday last from the ship yard of Parsons & humble. She was hauled out last fall, and has been rebuilt at an expense of $15,000. The rebuilding was under the superintendence of Capt. J.C. Cragonour. Chesbrough & Prince, of Suspension Bridge are the present owners of the JOSEPHINE. A vessel is on the stocks at the same yard for James Worthington, of Cleveland.
