Description
Full Text

The prop. FRED KELLEY is waiting for a new wheel. It has been shipped from Philadelphia and will probably reach Cleveland on Thursday. On her up trip, in going through the Sault she was blown on some rocks, and lost 2 blades of her old wheel. She was towed to Marquette, where she loaded with ore, and by running slowly and carefully was able to make her way down. She will get away again about Saturday.
