FOR DETROIT.--The new and elegant Steam Boat Columbus, Capt. A. Walker, will leave Buffalo for Detroit, touching at the intermediate ports, every Monday Evening, at 9 o'clock, during the season of navigation. For freight or passage, apply to Root & Hunt, Gelston & Evans, the Master on board, or to
