The AMERICAN GIANT is the name of a new schooner launched recently from the yard of Willaim Crosthwaite, of Bay City, formerly of Buffalo. Her dimensions are as follows: Length, 154 ft.; beam 31 ft.; hold 9 1/2 ft. She is a three-in-after or a three masted schooner, of 365 tons. He is also building a tug named MAY DAY, 67 ft. long, 14 ft. beam and 6 ft. hold.
