FIRE IN BUFFALO.--The Buffalo Steam Foundry, Machine and Plough Manufactory, owned by Mr. Isaac W. Skinner, was burnt on Saturday morning. Loss estimated at $8,000, of which $5,500 was insured by the Equitable Insurance Company of New-York, supposed to be insolvent.
