The Maritime History of the Great Lakes
F. Mills (Brig), 1 Sep 1842

Description
Full Text

The fine new brig F. MILLS, langley, master, is loading, and will clear for Chicago tomorrow. Immigrants or others going west require no guaranty of safety or dispatch if they take passage in the MILLS. She combines both, being a staunch vessel and a fast sailor, and her commander possesses those characteristic traits which give assurance of an active, careful and competent seaman.
