NEW STEAMER. -- The steamer MINNESOTA, which has just been finished at Cleveland, came into our harbor yesterday for the first time. She is calculated for freight and emigrant passenger business, and will run with a line of propellers between this city and chicago. She measures about 800 tons and is built with a upper deck her whole length.
