The stm. MINNESOTA, which now lies upon a rock a short distance this side of Malden, was sold at auction yesterday morning, at the Michigan Exchange, in this city. She was purchased, we are informed, by Messrs. Sylvester Larned, F.W. Backus and W.F. Roelofson. The price paid was $4,500.
