VESSEL SALES. - By Morse & Perrine, of this city, the brig EMPIRE STATE to Wm. Brown, of Buffalo, for $14,000; the schooner CORNELIA to Elkins & Merrill, of Chicago, for $12,000; the schooner RICHARD MOTT, to Wm. Johnson, of Chicago, for $7,250; and by D.R. Morse, of this city, the schooner L.B. SHEPARD, to Metzger & Baker, for $10,000; the schooner MOSELLE, to Capt. Lindgreen, of Chicago, for $9,000, making a total of five vessels bringing an aggregate of $52,250.
