NEW VESSEL. - A vessel built at Black River, at the ship-yard of William Jones, for D. Newhall, of Milwaukee, was brought to this port to be rigged. She was last week measured by the Custom House officers, and her dimensions are as follows: - Length 131:48 feet, beam 25:82 feet, hold 11:19 feet. Her tonnage is 363 89-95 tons.
