NEW TUG. - A new steam tug called the McALLISTER, arrived here yesterday morning from Cayuga Lake. She was built in Albany, and is owned by Henesay & Miller, of this city. The McALLISTER is a fine looking tug, and will make a good addition to those already employed in our harbor. - Oswego Times
