The Cleveland Herald yesterday says: "Yesterday afternoon, while the schr. NEW DOMINION was unloading at Clark's dock, operations were suddenly stopped in a peculiar manner. The contractor who was engaged to unload the vessel had imbibed a little too freely, and consequently was in no condition to overlook the matter. The men stopped work until there was some guarantee of their getting their money. The captain refused to pay anything until the vessel was unloaded. The matter was finally settled by engaging another contractor."
