We understand that the new steamboat building at Chippewa, for the Niagara Dock Company, is to be launched this afternoon at half past 1 o'clock

We understand the launch of the new steamboat at Chippewa, yesterday, did not get off readily. The boat moved but a few feet, and then stuck on the ways.
