NEW LIGHTSHIP.---The old government vessel stationed at the head of the Straits has been removed to give place to the schooner OCEAN, which has been purchased by Mr. K. Harring, the Collector at Mackinac, at $3,500 (less rigging) for such purpose. The OCEAN is a staunch, new vessel, and when properly moored may be relied upon as a permanent beacon.
