ANOTHER NEW VESSEL. - The Chicago Tribune says that almost every week several new vessels show themselves in that port. The latest is a beautiful schooner, called the ORIENTAL, of Oswego, Capt. Faulkner, master. She was built for the owner, Mr. J.L. Hall, of Oswego, by Messrs., Bidwell & Banta, of Buffalo. her tonnage is 270, custom house admeasurement, but will carry 13,000 bushels corn, 315 tons. The build of the craft is very handsome, and the rigging, etc., is all of the best style.
