NEW VESSEL. - A new topsail schooner, called the OXFORD, built at Chaumont, for parties in this village, of 250 tons burthen, is advertised to leave here on the opening of naviagtion for the Upper Lake ports. There is also a new schooner building for Oswego at Three Mile Bay, of a size to carry 8,000 bushel of wheat, to be out in the spring. - Oswego Times.
