SALE OF A PROPELLER. - The Albany Argus says: "The new and fine propeller EVERARD PALMER, about fifty tons burthen, launched at Buffalo, N.Y., in August last, has been purchased by Capt. Henry Fowler, of Wicksford, Day & Sprague and Mr. Parley M. Mathewson, of Providence, and Mr. george M. Griffin, of this city on private terms. The steamer has been built for the towing business, will hail from Providence, and be commanded by Captain Fowler."
