The stm. WM. PENN, entered our harbor with perfect ease and safety, and came along side the wharf and landed 20 passengers. It is now no longer doubtful that steamboats can enter our harbor without difficulty. Merchandise is now lying in Portland, destined for Cincinnati. - Western Star
