Description
Full Text

The particulars of the loss of the Canadian prop. PERSEVERANCE were given yesterday in this journal. She had on board a cargo of 20,147 bu. corn for T.S. Mott, of Oswego. The hull and cargo are both insured. The Securities Ins. Co. had the risk on the hull, which is insured for a very considerable portion in other companies. The PERSAEVERANCE was a nearly new vessel, and classed A2 on the marine register.
