Buffalo - A new steel tug now in the course of construction at the Union Drydock Co.'s yard will be ready to launch about the latter part of this month. The tug is being built to the order of Charles Person's Sons, and she will be used as a ferry between Black Rock and Grand Island. She will take the place of the tug D.S. CORNELL. The new tugs dimensions are 65 ft. over all, 15 1/2 ft. molded beam, and 8 ft. molded depth. Sutton Bros.
are building the machinery.
