STEAMBOAT LAUNCH.--A new and splendid steamboat, called the Constitution, which has been building under the direction of Capt. G. Appleby, at Conneaut, Ohio, was launched on the 31st ult.--The Constitution, the Gazette states, is a boat of the largest class, built of the best materials, and when finished, will in all respects be qualified to do honor to the lakes.
