      The schooner AUGUST BELMONT, and the one undivided half of
      the schooner VIRGINIA PURDY, will be sold upon favorable terms.

      VESSELS FOR SALE.----Will be sold at Auction, on the 1st. day of October next, the schooner BELMONT, two years old this fall, and measuring 207 tons burthen, and can carry 10,500 bushels wheat, drawing but 8 feet water.
      ALSO-----the one undivided half of the fast sailing schooner VIRGINIA PURDY not yet two years old, of 317 tons burthen, Custom House measurement. Both vessels are of handsome model, staunch and well built, well and fully furnished and found in every particular, and are superior and fast sailing vessels. Terms made known on application to A.G. Cochrane.
